Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and attention. Responsibilities



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy. Provide information regarding products and services, including medication administration and patient care procedures. Assist customers in navigating our systems to resolve issues efficiently. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery. Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Continuously seek ways to improve customer satisfaction and enhance service quality.

Skills



Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating patience and understanding when dealing with customers. Previous experience in patient care or as a pharmacy technician is highly desirable. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Proficient in using computer systems and software relevant to customer service operations. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think critically in challenging situations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 14.00-17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
