Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Dispenser to join our team. As a Pharmacy Dispenser, you will play a crucial role in providing patient care and assisting with medication administration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience as a pharmacy technician or a strong background in medication management.

Responsibilities:
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
- Provide patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, and precautions
- Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure proper medication therapy management
- Maintain accurate records of medications dispensed and patient information
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of medications and supplies
- Adhere to all pharmacy regulations and guidelines

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and medication dispensing processes
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in medication preparation
- Ability to provide exceptional patient care and counseling
- Proficient in using pharmacy software systems for dispensing and record keeping
- Knowledge of medication administration techniques and dosage calculations
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, healthcare professionals, and colleagues
