Pharmacy Dispenser / Checking Technician

Responsibilities and Duties -The Opportunity

A unique opportunity to provide patient centred pharmaceutical care to a diverse city centre population and visitors alike This is an exciting and varied role ranging from giving advice on the sale of medicines to the delivery of all technical aspects of dispensing, whilst ensuring efficiency of the dispensary operations and processes Working as part of a dynamic team within the pharmacy you should possess a natural ability to provide friendly and courteous customer service and have excellent communication skills As an integral part of the team you will contribute to the consistent delivery of the highest quality pharmaceutical care to the communities we serve including Pharmacy First , Pharmacy First Plus and further health related services. The ideal candidate must be computer literate and have experience with working in a customer focused environment and have the willingness to learn.
Experience is preferred - although consideration will be given to exceptional candidates who lack direct experience.

A suitable experienced dispenser would be given the training opportunity to become a Checking Technician.

The position is full-time and is a permanent position.
