We are looking for a unique individual to join our team in a

hybrid role as a Pharmacy Dispenser & Content Creator

. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work, combining operational pharmacy tasks with creative content creation to showcase life inside our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities

Pharmacy Duties:

Receive, check, and organise incoming stock. Pick, pack, and prepare prescriptions and customer orders. Maintain a neat and tidy work environment, ensuring shelves and storage areas are well-organised. Support the pharmacy team with day-to-day dispensing operations.

Content Creation Duties:

Capture natural, engaging photo and video content of the team at work. Create content for social media and online platforms to reflect the culture and professionalism of 365 Pharmacist. Collaborate with the team to generate ideas for new, creative content. Ensure content aligns with the company's brand and tone.
What We're Looking For

Experience in

dispensing/pharmacy support

is highly desirable.

Content creation experience

(social media, photography, video, or marketing) with a creative eye. Strong organisational skills -- tidy, neat, and detail-focused. Excellent time management skills; able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines without falling behind. Adaptable and comfortable with multitasking across different roles. A bubbly, positive personality with good communication skills. Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Salary & Hours

Competitive salary (dependent on experience). Part-time role, based at our Coventry pharmacy with potential flexibility.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
