Duties

Accurately dispense medications as per prescriptions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records of medication dispensed and manage inventory levels to ensure availability of essential drugs. Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to optimise patient care and medication management. Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with pharmacy practices and regulations.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a pharmacy dispenser is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of medication administration procedures and best practices. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
