Take personal responsibility to understand the Trust and TCP policies Assist with the training of other colleagues within the team Receive and check prescriptions directly from patients and carers Accurately log the prescription onto the prescription tracking system Accurately dispense under the supervision of the Responsible Pharmacist at the time, checking that all legal requirements are met Be compliant, and act within, the pharmacy Standard Operating Procedures, clinical guidance and training provided Record dispensing interventions on Trust systems in a timely manner Record dispensing incidents and near miss incidents according to procedural policy Take responsibility to ensure the area you are working in is safe As the company develops you may be required to undertake training in order to upskill
