About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated

Pharmacy Dispenser

to join our team. As a

Pharmacy Dispenser

, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient dispensing of medications, supporting the pharmacy team, and delivering excellent customer service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately dispense prescriptions following legal and ethical guidelines. Provide friendly and professional customer service at the pharmacy counter. Assist pharmacists with stock management, ordering, and ensuring medication availability. Process NHS and private prescriptions efficiently using the Titan PMR system. Support patients with queries regarding prescriptions and over-the-counter medication. Maintain compliance with all pharmacy regulations and company policies.

About You

We're looking for a

Pharmacy Dispenser

who is:

Qualified

: Holds a relevant dispensing qualification (or willing to train).

Experienced

: Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred but not essential.

Customer-Focused

: Passionate about delivering excellent patient care.

Organized & Detail-Oriented

: Able to manage tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Tech-Savvy

: Comfortable using PMR systems (experience with Titan PMR is a plus).
