We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pharmacy Dispenser to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient dispensing of medications while providing excellent patient care. Responsibilities

Accurately dispense medications as per prescriptions while adhering to all regulatory guidelines. Assist in the preparation and administration of medications, ensuring proper dosages and instructions are followed. Provide exceptional patient care by answering queries and offering advice on medication usage and potential side effects. Maintain accurate records of medication dispensed and assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies. Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Uphold cleanliness and organisation within the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician or in a similar role is highly desirable. Demonstrated knowledge of medication administration practices and patient care principles. Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members, fostering a supportive environment.
