We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Dispenser/ Trainee Dispenser to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safe and efficient dispensing of medications to patients. You will work closely with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care and support medication administration processes. Responsibilities
Accurately dispense prescribed medications to patients, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Assist in the preparation of medication orders, including measuring, mixing, and packaging pharmaceuticals.
Provide excellent patient care by answering queries regarding medications and their usage.
Maintain accurate records of prescriptions dispensed, including patient information and medication details.
Collaborate with pharmacists to manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is replenished as needed.
Conduct regular checks on medication storage areas to ensure proper organisation and safety.
Support the administration of medications under the supervision of qualified healthcare professionals.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge of pharmacy practices.
