We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Dispenser to join our team. Duties

Accurately dispense medications as per prescriptions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Assist in the preparation of medication under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Provide excellent patient care by answering queries regarding medications, dosage, and potential side effects. Maintain accurate records of medication dispensed and manage inventory levels effectively. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the dispensary area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance professional skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Previous experience as a pharmacy technician is a must be at level level 2 qualified. Strong knowledge of medication administration practices and patient care principles. Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact positively with patients and healthcare staff. A commitment to upholding ethical standards in pharmacy practice.
