Role Overview
As a vital member of our pharmacy team, you'll ensure the accurate and efficient dispensing of medications, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards. This role offers a structured pathway for the desired candidate to advance your qualifications and responsibilities within the pharmacy setting.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately dispense NHS and private prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
Deliver outstanding customer service, offering guidance on over-the-counter medications and health queries.
Manage stock levels, including ordering and inventory control.
Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and legal requirements.
Collaborate with the pharmacy team to optimize workflow and service delivery.
Participate in the promotion and delivery of pharmacy services (e.g., flu vaccinations, health checks).

Candidate Requirements
Essential:
NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a community pharmacy setting.
Service Administration and prescription ordering management
Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient care.
Ability to work
effectively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Able to
self manage time and tasks effectively

Desirable:
Experience with pharmacy management systems (e.g., PMR, Admin MS Office).
Familiarity with range of NHS and Private Pharmacy services.
Working knowledge of Phamacy services such as Pharmacy First and BP service
Interest in participating in community health initiatives and business development activities.
Using a dispensing robot and handle stock management
