We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Dispenser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the pharmacy operations by accurately dispensing medications and providing exceptional patient care. Your expertise will ensure that patients receive their medications safely and efficiently, contributing to their overall health and well-being.

Responsibilities

Accurately dispense prescribed medications to patients, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Assist in the preparation and administration of medication under the supervision of a qualified pharmacist. Provide excellent patient care by answering queries regarding medications and health advice. Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and medication inventory, ensuring stock levels are monitored and replenished as necessary. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organised work environment. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in pharmacy practices.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician is highly desirable. Knowledge of medication administration protocols and patient care practices. Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in pharmacy practice. Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the pharmacy operations. Pay: From 12.21 per hour
