As the Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations, managing staff, and optimising pharmacy services to enhance patient care.
Duties
Lead and manage the pharmacy team, fostering a culture of excellence in customer service and teamwork.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Implement and maintain efficient pharmacy processes, including inventory management and medication dispensing.
Provide guidance and support to pharmacy staff in resolving customer inquiries and issues.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient medication therapy management.
Conduct regular training sessions for staff on new products, services, and compliance updates.
Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement within the pharmacy operations.
Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, inventory levels, and financial transactions.
Requirements
A valid pharmacist registration with relevant professional qualifications.
Proven experience in a pharmacy management role or similar position.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient care.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients over the phone and healthcare providers.
