Duties
Assist qualified technicians and healthcare professionals in the preparation and administration of medications.
Support patient care activities, ensuring a high standard of service and attention to detail.
Maintain accurate records of medication dispensation and patient interactions.
Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of pharmacy practices and patient care protocols.
Help maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Engage with patients to provide information and support regarding their medications and treatment plans.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a qualified pharmacy dispenser is essential.
Familiarity with medication administration processes is an advantage.
A genuine interest in patient care and a commitment to providing excellent service.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and team members.
