Job Title: Phlebotomist - High-Volume Clinical Setting

Location: Harlow
Full-Time : Monday-Friday - 8m-4pm

10 patients per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws with precision and care Maintain patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality at all times Accurately label and process specimens for laboratory testing Follow proper infection control and safety protocols Prepare and maintain phlebotomy equipment and supplies Manage patient flow efficiently to meet hourly draw targets Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure timely lab operations

Requirements:

Certified Phlebotomist (CPT I or II, or equivalent state certification) Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience, preferably in a high-volume setting Proven ability to draw blood from a diverse patient population (including difficult sticks) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and time management Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and lab information systems (LIS) Bilingual (Spanish/English or other languages) is a plus
