Job Description

We are seeking a Physical Performance Coach to join our interdisciplinary team, working closely with coaches and support staff to deliver an elite-level physical development programme for our Girls PGA players.

Please note, this role is part time and will require flexi working hours to follow the football schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver a structured physical performance programme for PGA players. Apply Long-Term Athletic Development (LTAD) principles in all sessions. Collaborate with coaching staff to integrate athletic development into training. Support the medical team in injury rehabilitation and return-to-play processes. Maintain effective communication with the PGA Sports Therapist. Deliver educational sessions on training habits, preparation, and recovery. Facilitate matchday warm-ups and provide on-pitch support.

What We're Looking For:

?

BSc in Sports Science / Strength & Conditioning or related discipline. UK Strength & Conditioning Association (UKSCA) Accreditation. FA Enhanced DBS. FA Safeguarding Children Course. FA Level 1 Introduction to First Aid in Football (IFAiF) or FA Emergency Aid qualification. Experience in athletic development coaching within a sporting environment.
