We're looking for a Physical Security OT Delivery Analyst to manage day-to-day service, incidents, projects, and continuous improvement of CCTV, Electronic Access Control Systems (EACS), and other Operational Technology (OT) systems across our UK ports. The role is based at one of our major ports (Hull, Southampton, Cardiff) with flexibility for remote working. Regular travel across our 21 ports is required.





You'll support internal and external stakeholder engagement and roll out OT security systems across the estate, manage incidents with shifting priorities and create operational documentation. You'll also review current processes and solutions, suggest improvements, and work closely with our vendors and contractors on creating statement of works and purchase orders. Experience in management of Operational Technologies particularly in the security, sector is highly desirable.

Accountabilities



Act as daily contact for CCTV, EACS and OT security system support, ensuring incidents are resolved quickly and systems remain operational 24/7 Support on-site security reviews and present system improvement recommendations to leadership Manage complex Jira workflows and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders to track progress and actions Communicate changes effectively and ensure training is provided to reduce disruption Manage project and incident governance, validate costs, manage POs and invoices, and report budget risks


Skills & Experience



Experience in OT roles with technical knowledge and hands on experience of managing complex projects. Familiarity with PM methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) Proven experience managing complex internal and external stakeholder incident and project requests Proficient in Jira or similar ticketing systems along with managing POs and invoices Proven experience managing OT security systems, incidents, and maintenance services Knowledge of Avigilon, Pelco, Mercury, and HID products is highly desirable
