Equans is recruiting for a Pick and Pack Supervisor
to be based in Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, EH16 4SA, on a permanent basis. This is a full time role role
working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is salary of 12.21 per hour and benefits package
.

7.5 hours, 5 days in 7
2 week ends per month
What you will deliver
Reporting to the Catering Manager, the Pick & Pack Supervisor will be responsible for the provision of a safe and
timely catering food services that delivers to high standards and that meets with current legislation, and the supervision of Pick & Pack catering teams at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.
For this role you must undergo an Enhanced DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential.

Who are we looking for?
Strong background and work experience in Catering management.
Demonstrates leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
Excellent interpersonal skills, people management, and a collaborative management style.
Budget development and oversight experience.
A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
Excels at operating in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Open to direction and commitment to get the job done
Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organisation.
Ability to look at situations from several points of view.
Persuasive with details and facts.
