Join Our Deliver Team as a Pick, Pack & Despatch Operative

ThePetFoodPeople is hiring for a hands-on role at our Ynyshir warehouse and production facility. Your main job will be packing parcels, handling deliveries, and keeping things running smoothly.

If you're FLT-trained, we'll pay extra and have you support with unloading lorries and putting stock away. In future, we plan to add a short Sunday shift (2 hours), optional at first.

What You'll Do:

Pick and pack orders with speed and care Prepare courier labels and seal parcels correctly Unload deliveries and move stock Work independently and hit clear daily targets Maintain a clean and tidy workspace, ensuring safety and hygiene standards are met.

What to Expect:

The work can be repetitive and requires standing throughout your shift. Stable hours and no late evening or overnight shifts. The team values punctuality, focus, and high-quality output. Monthly feedback so you always know where you stand.

Who We're Looking For:

You're reliable and show up ready to work every day. You're okay with repetitive tasks and enjoy keeping a steady pace. You care about doing a good job, paying attention to detail, and meeting targets. You're physically able to lift and move up to 31.5kgs consistently throughout your shift.
