Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and results-driven Team Leader to oversee our Picking and Packing operations. You will play a critical role in driving performance, improving efficiency, and motivating your team of 9 to meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will also be picking and packing in this role alongside other duties as we like our leaders to be hands on.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coordinate, and supervise the daily activities of the picking and packing team. Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment in line with company standards. Motivate and energize the team to work quickly and efficiently, especially during peak periods. Monitor team performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements. Train and support team members to maintain high standards and productivity. Communicate clearly and confidently with staff and management. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment in line with health & safety standards. Provide daily updates and performance feedback to the Warehouse Manager.

Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics leadership role is highly desirable. Ability to coach and inspire a team to perform at their best. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable:

Previous experience in a picking and packing or similar fulfillment role. Familiarity with warehouse management systems or order tracking software. Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed during busy periods.

Pay: From 35,000.00 per year
