We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Pizza Maker. This role involves preparing pizza dough, selecting fresh ingredients, and ensuring that each pizza is crafted to perfection. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality are essential in maintaining our high standards.

Duties

Prepare and stretch pizza dough according to established recipes and standards Select and apply toppings, including sauces, cheeses, and vegetables, ensuring even distribution Monitor cooking times and temperatures to achieve optimal results Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods Follow health and safety regulations to ensure food quality and safety Assist in inventory management by reporting stock levels of ingredients

Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is advantageous but not essential Strong attention to detail with a passion for creating high-quality food Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends A basic understanding of food hygiene practices is preferred
