We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious meals, ensuring food safety standards are met, and contributing to an enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

Duties

Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to the restaurant's menu and standards. Ensure all food safety regulations and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to in the kitchen. Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support during meal preparation. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Proven experience in a professional kitchen or restaurant setting. Excellent culinary skills with a passion for meal preparation and presentation. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in food preparation and cooking processes. Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and front-of-house staff.
