As a Chef, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional pizza while managing kitchen operations efficiently. Your culinary expertise will help us maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Maintain high standards of quality control for all dishes served.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant environment. Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food production techniques, and culinary best practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Familiarity with food safety regulations and health standards. Creative flair for menu development and presentation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members. Experience with making pizza is desired but not essential, training can be given. Experience in dough making desired but not essential
We hand make dough and sauce on site, dough management plays a big part to the business and all training can be given. There are 2 other chefs that share shifts at this site, you will eventfully be left to run the kitchen by yourself on shift after training and shifts with other chefs have been passed off.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
