Pizza perfectionist wanted. Looking for an experienced pizza chef who wants to grow into a role with more responsibility and leadership. The role will primarily be based at the restaurant Wednesday to Saturday but may include some hours at the frozen pizza business which operates daytime hours.

Our focus is pizza, slow fermented (72 hours +) sourdough base, but we also make a range of gelato and complimentary sides. We have an open kitchen for customers to watch pizzas being made.
We are always striving to improve what we do, how we do it and ultimately what we offer, providing a consistently high standard of food. Mastering our core service will be a primary focus during the initial period but there is huge scope for creative freedom and bringing your passions to Bertha's be that fermentation, foraging, funky flour, fried chicken or flower arranging.
