We are seeking a skilled Pizzaiolo to join our passionate kitchen team in our elegant Italian restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with creativity, precision, and a love for authentic Italian cuisine.
Key Responsibilities:
Handcraft traditional italian-style pizzas with the highest quality ingredients
Operate and maintain a wood-fired/stone oven to perfection
Prepare fresh dough daily and manage fermentation processes
Work alongside the Head Chef to ensure consistency and excellence
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and kitchen safety
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Pizzaiolo or Pizza Chef in an Italian kitchen
Strong knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation, and baking techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding quality
Passion for Italian cuisine and attention to detail
Team player with excellent communication skills
