We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pizza Chef to join our vibrant culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas, ensuring all dishes meet our standards for taste, presentation, and food safety. Responsibilities

Prepare pizza dough, toppings, and sauces in accordance with recipes and quality standards Cook pizzas to perfection using appropriate methods and equipment Ensure all food safety regulations are strictly followed during food preparation and handling Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils Assist with meal preparation for other menu items as required Monitor stock levels of ingredients and notify management when supplies need replenishing Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment at all times Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting

Qualifications

Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant environments is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures Strong understanding of meal preparation and culinary techniques Experience working in a busy kitchen or restaurant setting preferred Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Good organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team Passion for food, particularly pizza making, with a keen eye for quality presentation
