Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences.
Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
Assist in meal preparation for other menu items as needed, contributing to overall kitchen efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking.
Uphold high standards of presentation for all dishes served.
Experience
Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within a restaurant setting.
Strong culinary skills with a focus on pizza-making techniques.
Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential.
Experience in food preparation, cooking, and serving within a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
