Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic Pizza Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas in a fast-paced Takeaway and kitchen operations. The successful applicant will be committed to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene while delivering exceptional service.

Duties

Prepare pizza dough, toppings, and sauces according to established recipes and standards Cook pizzas to perfection using appropriate methods and equipment Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area Monitor stock levels and notify management of supplies needed Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods Follow health and safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or contamination Support other kitchen tasks such as meal preparation and assisting serving staff when required

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a catering environment Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques, especially related to pizza making Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team Previous experience in a kitchen environment or culinary training is desirable but not essential Enthusiasm for learning new skills and contributing positively to the team atmosphere
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temp to perm

Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
