Pizza A Legna is looking for a PIZZA CHEF / TRAINEE PIZZA CHEF to delight customers with our mouth-watering Neapolitan style woodfired pizzas, served from Giovanni, our mobile kitchen.
Either an experienced pizza chef, or somebody who would like to learn to make authentic, hand-stretched pizzas.
Working on Friday evenings in Exminster from 4:30pm to 8:30pm, plus additional shifts for events anywhere in Devon (transport provided from Exeter).
Duties will include pizza preparation, cooking oven management and customer service.
Some flexibility will be necessary to adapt to the requirements of the business, but that flexibility will go both ways.
Pay rates dependent on experience / expertise, but will be at a minimum of 15 per hour for a trainee, rising as expertise grows. You'll also get a delicious pizza at the end of each shift.
Experience as a pizza chef is desired but not essential, as full training will be provided if necessary. More importantly, we want somebody who is personable, reliable, trustworthy and aspires to high standards in everything they do.
