The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious Roman style pizzas and popular pasta dishes, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring that food safety standards are met. You will have the opportunity to create innovative menus, collaborate with suppliers, and provide exceptional dining experiences to our customers.
Ideal Candidate:
- Head Chef with expertise in Italian cuisine. Especially with experience of making Roman styled pizza.
- Ability to manage kitchen staff efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Develop a diverse menu featuring the signature items and rotating seasonal specials.
- Ensure quality control through regular tastings and feedback loops.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality food
- Responsible for day-to-day running and ordering for the kitchen.
