We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to oversee daily operations within our small pizzeria. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, restaurant experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Duties

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of staff, including chefs, servers, and kitchen personnel Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality standards are met Manage food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations Organise staff schedules, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to optimise team efficiency Ensure high standards of hospitality and customer service are consistently delivered Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and dining areas Assist with food production planning and inventory management Lead by example in demonstrating leadership, teamwork, and professionalism Handle customer enquiries or complaints promptly to uphold the establishment's reputation

Requirements

Proven supervising experience within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively Experience in food safety standards and food production processes Background in restaurant or hotel operations preferred; barista, bar or serving experience is advantageous Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure Leadership qualities with a focus on fostering a positive work environment Good communication skills and a professional demeanour

Pay: 26,624.98-30,000.00 per year
