Salary: 49,907 - 54,204 + Essential car allowance




Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (39 hours/week)




Location: 350 Bournville Lane, Birmingham, West Midlands (Hybrid Working)

Planned Maintenance Manager

Job Profile




Our homes span every decade from the 1890s to the present day, offering a unique and varied environment to work in. As a

Planned Maintenance Manager

, you'll have the opportunity to work across a truly diverse housing portfolio -- gaining invaluable experience, expanding your skills, and further developing your career.


You'll play a key role in ensuring all BVT homes are safe, well-maintained, and meet the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include developing and delivering planned and preventative maintenance programmes, as well as planning, procuring, and overseeing works to ensure cost efficiency, quality outcomes, and high levels of customer satisfaction.


This role will also give you the chance to build and nurture strong partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders. As a valued member of the team, you'll contribute to delivering a highly regarded maintenance and building safety service while shaping and growing both the role and your professional journey.


Candidate Profile




You will be values-driven and focused on delivering great services.


You'll have experience running maintenance programmes in housing or property services and hold a relevant qualification. You're a great communicator and natural problem-solver who can get things done. You put customers first and take pride in delivering a great service. You're self-motivated, keen to learn, and ready to take on new challenges. You'll need a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
