The successful applicant will be responsible for their own projects from cradle to grave including procuring, planning, budgeting and managing a wide range of planned maintenance and technical projects, whilst demonstrating value for money. This role sit beside the other Planned Maintenance Manager in the team to deliver all existing property related projects for the business. Applicants will need to demonstrate the ability to manage longstanding professional relationships with contractors and consultants, whilst monitoring and reporting against best practice key performance indicators (KPI's) for each project and overall team.
