Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across retail sites in the southern airport region.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead the delivery of facilities maintenance across multiple airport locations

Manage a multi-skilled engineering team, including scheduling and performance oversight Ensure compliance with airport, client and statutory requirements Monitor planned maintenance schedules and respond to defects and callouts as required Liaise with clients, stakeholders and subcontractors to maintain high service standards Produce reports, review asset performance and support ongoing improvement works

Requirements



Strong technical background in facilities management, particularly electrical and fabric maintenance Previous experience in a multi-site, fast-paced maintenance role Excellent understanding of compliance requirements, including PPM, H&S legislation and statutory testing Ability to interpret technical drawings and manage maintenance documentation Confident communicator, capable of leading site teams and engaging directly with clients Flexible, hands-on approach, comfortable working in live airport and retail environments IOSH Managing Safely preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 45,000.00-55,000.00 per year
