Planning Administrator
on a
part-time
basis. Your role will provide additional support within out planning/scheduling department. The role ensures customers and engineers are fully informed of upcoming works, helping to maintain efficient operations and high levels of customer service.

We're offering a competitive salary of
8,320 to 10,158 per annum
, depending on experience, you'll also benefit from 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme, and access to ongoing professional development. You'll work 16 hours per week over two days which must include a Wednesday, we're flexible on which other day you wish to work, with the hours being 8am-4.30pm with an hour's unpaid lunch.
Here's a look at some of the things you'll be doing:
Confirm and manage scheduled service, maintenance, remedial, and installation jobs; act as the main customer contact for upcoming appointments, including handling confirmations, cancellations, access issues, and rescheduling requests
Communicate full job details clearly to engineers, including site information and access requirements, and liaise closely with the primary planner to flag any issues
Update, maintain, and document accurate job records within the company's job management system, ensuring key account visits are confirmed and properly recorded
Monitor upcoming jobs to ensure all confirmations are completed on time and carry out general administrative tasks to support the planning and operations teams

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive, reliable, and professional attitude
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office, with previous office, customer service, or administrative experience
An interest in administration, planning, or the engineering and fire safety sector
