Job Opportunity: Programme Coordinator - Property Department




Location: Hybrid working - Travel to Bradford office required




Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Mon - Fri each week.




Salary: Circa 32,000 per annum dependent on experience




About the Role:




We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Programme Coordinator to join our Property Support team. This role is pivotal in supporting the creation and management of Planned Works Programmes, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with organisational objectives. As a key player, you will be responsible for coordinating activities across a portfolio of projects worth around 70m per annum, while delivering insightful reports and recommendations to senior management.


Key Responsibilities:




Programme Coordination & Planning:

Support the accurate programming of work packages from inception through to completion, ensuring effective planning and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Data Management & Reporting:

Ensure all project data is accurately captured, managed, and updated, helping produce timely and effective management reports.

Liaison & Stakeholder Engagement:

Work closely with contractors, property delivery teams, and senior management to monitor project performance and support against KPIs.

Operational Support:

Assist in preparing reports for budget management, risk analysis, and trend monitoring at both national and regional levels.

Key Skills & Experience:




Experience in Property Management:

Knowledge of property functions is advantageous but not essential.

Data Management Tools:

Advanced proficiency in Excel, and other data analysis systems to produce tailored reports that help achieve KPIs.

Organisational & Communication Skills:

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, maintain attention to detail, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly across multiple stakeholders.

Problem-Solving & Process Improvement:

Experience in identifying opportunities for process improvements and managing change within a team.

Customer Focus:

Strong ability to understand customer requirements and deliver excellent service.
