Planning Lawyer An experienced planning lawyer is offered a rare and exciting opportunity to join a top tier private practice planning team at this leading international practice, in London. The firm operates across the UK and US, ranking as one of the top 20 firms in the UK and maintaining an outstanding reputation for the quality of their work, their culture, and the opportunities they provide for their lawyers. The planning team operates nationally across the firm\'s eight UK offices. Due to continued success, the planning team in London are seeking to bolster their offering with the addition of a senior / principal associate. This market leading planning team work with clients across the Energy & Natural Resources, Transport, Healthcare, Retail & Hospitality, Life Sciences & Pharmaceutical, Central and Local Government, Real Estate, and Manufacturing sectors. The successful planning lawyer joining this highly reputable planning team in London will undertake a broad range of complex, challenging, and high calibre planning work, which will include: - Development consent orders - Compulsory purchase orders - Land compensation - Regeneration - Planning applications and appeals - S106 agreements - Highways agreements - Environmental permits - EIAs and HRAs - Judicial review This position is ideally suited to planning lawyers with a minimum of five years\' PQE. Candidates applying for this position should be able to display a strong academic background, excellent technical knowledge, and strong communication skills.
