We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Planner, Scheduler & Order Processor to join our dynamic team in the window and doors sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and scheduling works, managing customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless experience from order placement to delivery. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyse data effectively.
Duties
Plan and schedule upcoming works
Process customer orders promptly and accurately, ensuring all details are correct.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding their orders, providing updates and addressing any inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
Uphold excellent phone etiquette while interacting with customers, providing a professional and friendly service.
Skills
Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
Strong analytical skills to assess order patterns and customer needs.
Experience in order processing (experience in window and door sector ideal but not essential)
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
High level of organisational skill and self-motivated.
Strong communication skills required enabling effective communication with a range of customers.
