Plant Administrator

Job Description

Kelly Group is currently looking to recruit an administrator to assist in the day to day running of our busy plant department. Reporting to the plant manager, your role is to provide accurate and responsible support in all aspects of administration for the department.


In your role you will be responsible for:




General administration / office duties. Creating purchase orders for the department. Maintain in house computer systems with up-to-date stock levels. Check and match invoices for payment based on system purchases. Dealing with internal/external suppliers.

You will have the following qualifications and be able to prove experience and competence:




Experience of working within a plant/tooling environment, but not essential Excellent IT skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to analyse and solve problems Good organisational skills with an eye for detail Flexible and adaptable attitude Must be able to work on own initiative
