Planteria Department Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Planteria manager within our busy Par Garden Centre located close to St Austell. This is a full time position with competitive salary.
Par Garden Centre continues its redevelopment since being acquired by South West Garden Centres and we are looking for a passionate, creative, knowledgable,
customer focused individual to continue our project of providing exceptional quality plants and service to our growing customer base.
The successful candidate will guide the planteria depart team to provide inspirational displays, healthy stock and a welcoming environment while remaining focused on all commercial aspects of the department.

Your responsibilities will be
:The buying of all outdoor plant and associated sundry products.
:Ensure the EPOS system is up-to-date at all times regarding plant stock.
:Develop your team, drive enthusiasm support their efforts,
:Maintain your areas to the highest standards.
:Work closely with other departments.

Requirements: our ideal candidate will need to have:
1/Excellent horticultural knowledge and experience.
2/Retail management experience within a busy environment.
3/Excellent communication and people skills.
4/Experience of computer and retail management systems preferable.

5/ Salary to be confirmed depending on experience

6/ Relocation package available for the right candidate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Work Location: In person
