Exciting Opportunity has arisen for Retail Horticulture Manager to join our organisation. We are looking for enthusiastic, dedicated and professional individuals, to undertake this fantastic opportunity.

The successful candidate will have a passion for horticulture, help build, lead and motivate a vibrant team of plant area assistants who demonstrate a passion to exceed our customer's expectations and a commitment to exceptional standards.

Key duties and responsibilities:

Extensive horticultural knowledge Minimum of 5 years proven managerial experience in retails, preferably within garden centres Able to promote excellent team work to achieve exceptional customer experience Able to be responsive to challenges and demonstrates a 'can do' approach Knowledgeable in maintaining and monitoring H&S on site Excellent communication skills Responsible for the ordering of products as per seasonal requirements and liaising with suppliers Responsible for stock management within the plant area. Working as part of the wider team and carrying out duty manager responsibilities Lead and always promote the highest standards of customer care and service

Requirements

Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within retail or service industries. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills. Must be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving results.

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
