A fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join the team at a successful manufacturing company that has gone through a substantial amount of change.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational support as well as identifying, developing and deploying business-driven HR strategies for the plant, designed to attract, manage, develop, motivate, and retain key people while creating a high-performance, sustainable organization capable of achieving the business objectives and action plans aligned with their Values.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, according to the Corporate and Business guidelines and local rules/legislation
  • Participate in develop the Organization design according to the business needs and ensure its implementation
  • Implement and control the regular procedures: Performance, Talent, Succession Review.
  • Propose, coordinate, and implement Development and Training Plan
  • Coordinate, participate and supervises the selection of people, participating directly in the processes depending on the needs. This includes the internal promotion processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labour legislation in the company.
  • Coordinate the internal Labour Relations and actively participates in the Negotiation with local Unions
  • Propose, approve, and update the remuneration structure of the company.
  • Responsible for the Lean in the HR area, especially in the evaluation of organizational development
  • Work with a Regional or Global HR team to lead key HR activities / initiatives
  • Participates in the implementation and continuous improvement of the EHS Procedure
Requirements:

Essential
  • MCIPD (fully qualified) preferred
  • Significant HR Management experience ideally within an automotive/manufacturing environment
  • Experience of working in an environment with cycles of change
  • Microsoft Office skills at an intermediate level
Desirable
  • Experience of working for a global organisation
  • Strong ER/IR exposure, proven experience of dealing with Unions i.e., pay negotiations and the likes
  • Exposure to working with Matrix organisations
  • SAP HR System
