Job Summary

The plant vehicle Marshal plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and safety of events or venues. This position requires strong management skills, effective communication, and the ability to maintain order while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing activities, managing staff, and ensuring that all operations run efficiently.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Communicate effectively with team members, event organisers, and attendees to provide information and assistance as required. Assist tradesmen with duties as and when required

Qualifications

NPORS or CPCS Plant & Vehicle Marshal Ticket CSCS Strong maintenance skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of people. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
