Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and qualified Traffic Marshal to join a major infrastructure site in Winchester.
Requirements:
Valid Vehicle Banksman ticket (BLUE, Essential)
CSCS Card (Essential)
Experience directing vehicles and managing site traffic flow
Full PPE (boots, hard hat, hi-vis)
Duties Will Include:
Safely directing plant and vehicle movements on a busy site
Managing gate access and maintaining a safe working environment
Communicating clearly with drivers and site personnel
Supporting general site safety and logistics
