We are currently looking for skilled and experienced Plasterers with a Social Housing background to join our ever-growing team here at Connollys!





With our rapid growth and continued development, we are looking to hire hardworking Plasterers for a variety of Social Housing projects in Greater Manchester/ Oldham.





Previous experience in this kind of work is essential

What you will be responsible for...

Perform all aspects of plastering including skimming, dot & dab, rendering and patch repairs Work in tenanted properties within social housing Ensure works are carried out to a high standard with minimal disruption to residents Collaborate with multi-trade teams to complete larger projects effectively Maintain health & safety compliance at all times External rendering, coving and cornice and insulation

What we'd like from you...

Relevant Trade Qualification CSCS Card (ideal but not essential) Must hold a full clean driving licence Be comfortable in working in a live environment and occupied homes




You MUST be willing to complete your CSCS and/or Asbestos Awareness within 4 weeks of starting work

Package

We currently offer price work/ day rate and depending on experience and workload, can be up for negotiation.
