Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Plasterer to provide high-quality plastering services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out plastering work, including plastering, rendering, and dry lining, to a high standard and in accordance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities

Repair and replace damaged or deteriorated plasterwork on walls, ceilings, and other surfaces. Apply new plaster in preparation for decorating or finishing. Patch and smooth surfaces to achieve a high-quality finish. Prepare surfaces prior to plastering, including cleaning, sanding, and priming. Work efficiently within deadlines and adhere to health and safety regulations. Assist with other maintenance tasks as required. Maintain tools and equipment in good condition. Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding job progress and requirements

Requirements

Proven experience as a plasterer, preferably within a maintenance or property management context. Knowledge of different plastering techniques and materials. Good understanding of health and safety procedures related to construction work. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Valid UK driving license is essential.
