We're looking for a skilled Plasterer to join Three Sixty, where you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality plastering services across a range of domestic and commercial properties. You'll ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, in line with safety regulations and departmental procedures, while always prioritising customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will:
Perform plastering works such as the preparation of surfaces, boarding, skimming, dot and dabbing and the application of external render system build ups as necessary.
Apply your knowledge of building construction, materials, and trades to deliver a comprehensive and efficient service.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and is completed to a high standard.
Carrying out minor works in a range of non-trade related tasks which may include painting and filling to damaged areas, tiling, or minor joinery repairs to floorboards or panelling.
What We're Looking For:
Successful completion of a registered apprenticeship, NVQ Level 2, or equivalent training in plastering.
Good knowledge of health and safety, and the ability to identify risks.
Experience working in domestic properties in social housing.
Ability to work at heights using ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment, and in confined spaces.
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.
