We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our expanding team at Serenity Specialist Care in the UK. In this role, you will contribute to creating safe and welcoming spaces for the children and young adults we support. Your expertise will play a vital role in maintaining our facilities to ensure they are conducive to growth and well-being.

Responsibilities

Apply plaster to walls and ceilings to create smooth surfaces Repair damaged plasterwork as needed Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure project completion Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow health and safety regulations at all times Assist in planning plastering projects with management Ensure high-quality finishes that meet company standards Contribute positively to team dynamics and workplace culture.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role Strong knowledge of plastering techniques and materials Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively Attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively Relevant certifications or training in plastering is preferred.
