Soft Play & Party Venue Manager - Job Vacancy

Location: The Party Arch

Hours: 30+ per week

Starting Wage: 13.30 per hour

Contract: Permanent - 12 week probation period

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and reliable individual to join our team as Soft Play & Party Venue Manager. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone confident with customer service, enjoys working with families and children, and can keep a busy venue running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Opening and closing the venue

Hosting children's parties and engaging positively with guests

Supervising groups to ensure a safe, fun environment

Cleaning and resetting the venue between bookings

Preparing party areas and equipment ahead of events

Light kitchen duties - food serving, preparation & simple food handling

Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety at all times

Requirements

First Aid trained (or willing to complete training before starting)

Enhanced DBS check required

Confident, friendly and able to lead a team

Good organisation and time-management skills

Flexible and able to work weekends or peak times where required
