We're actively seeking an enthusiastic Play Lead to join our team and become a vital part of our exciting Outdoor Play and Learning (OPAL) programme.

This unique opportunity, operating weekdays from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm during term time, is perfect for anyone deeply passionate about child development, play, or education.

As a Play Lead, you will supervise vibrant outdoor play sessions, empowering children to explore, create, and learn through imaginative, active, and child-led experiences.

Your role will be instrumental in helping children develop confidence, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, while collaborating with school staff to set up engaging play zones and ensure a safe, fun environment.

We're looking for someone reliable with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for outdoor learning; while experience with children is desirable, it's not essential as full training, including OPAL specifics, will be provided.
